Kyle and Megan

I got to take some sibling photos as well as senior photos for the Rose twins, Kyle and Megan at Dawson’s Creek! It was a fun shoot with these two Liberty High School Seniors!

Juana and Mike

I had the pleasure of photographing my first wedding! I was honored to able to photograph the matrimony of Juana and Mike! They had a beautiful ceremony and reception at Horning’s Hideout in North Plains! I was lucky to have the assistance of the talented Kelsey Krebs on this shoot so we could be sure to capture every special moment! Their wedding was absolutely beautiful and I am so excited about the pictures we got:)

                

Bailey

Bailey is a senior from Westview High School! I was in awe when I met her by her striking bright blue eyes and dark hair! I had so much fun photographing her in the beautiful Alphabet District of Portland! Her outfits were spot on wearing a cute teal chiffon blouse then an edgy leather jacket paired with some fierce combat boots! Lastly she wore the cutest fifties inspired denim skater dress with a collared crop top and bright red converse sneakers! I got to take a few edgier pictures of Bailey which was a lot of fun for me! I’m so happy with the way her pictures turned out!

   

Brittany

 

I’ve been SUPER behind with blogging my shoots from all the chaos of leaving for school so I’m going to attempt to blog the rest of my summer shoots now that I’m all settled in!

 

Sweet Miss Brittany is a senior at Liberty High School! We had a blast shooting at Dawson Creek! She brought along her puppy that kept wanting to chase all the ducks so it was easy to get a good candid laugh out of her! Brittany rocked a hot fuchsia blouse that photographed so beautifully, a neon green racer back tank, and a super flirty white and tribal skater dress!

   

Rachel!

Rachel is a 2014 senior at Sunset High School! Rachel is a member of the Sunset Sunflare dance team! After high school she plans on attending either University of Oregon or Portland State University! We had a super fun shoot starting at Washington Park and ending in the Alphabet District! Rachel sported a flowy-feminine look in her cyan colored chiffon blouse paired with white skinny capris and floral heels! Rachel then mixed up her look with a color-blocked white and black dress combined with sky-high black heels! Her last ensemble was a simple, classic structured button-up with dark skinny jeans and a pop of color in her royal blue wedges! We had a blast during our shoot goofing off in dowmtown Portland and acting fierce!

Beyond Golden

As of June 5th, Gene and Alyce, have been married for 60 years! I am honored to say that these two lovebirds are my grandparents! I shot their pictures outside of the house they have lived in for over 35 years! For their 40th and 50th anniversary they had their picture taken to give to their four kids: so of course they had to for their 60th! When I gave them their pictures I had the pleasure of looking through their wedding album! They were both about my age when they got married! It’s crazy to see that same glimmer of love in their eyes from sixty years ago to the pictures I just took! I’m so lucky I have such an incredible marriage from both my parents and my grandparents to look up to!

    

Portland Vibe

This is one of my all time favorite shoots! Not just because Sarah looked killer in her sky high stilettos and leather biker vest, but because this shoot brought me back to the reason I began shooting photography in the first place! Back in the good ol’ days Sarah and I used to get dressed up and take “modeling” pictures around my house and neighborhood. As we grew up our photos began to get more and more glitzy. That was back when we were merely twelve years old. Those past photo shoots fueled my desire and passion to become a photographer! I kept wanting to learn more about cameras and find more interesting places and outfits to shoot! It was so nostalgic to photograph Miss Sarah. We headed down to 23rd and Lovejoy and made a day of it! We walked around the 23rd boutiques, managed to buy a pair of cute sandals for Sarah, and checked out a hip tattoo shop! The photo shoot was a blast and ended with a bang when we found a parking ticket on my car after being ten minutes late-I guess that’s the price you pay for a rocker vibe photo spread!
